این صفحه عمومی برای کاربران اپلیکیشن گواهینامه فراهم شده است و بدون ورود به حساب قابل استفاده است.

روند درخواست
- با ایمیلی که با حساب گواهینامه استفاده میکنی، درخواست حذف را از طریق دکمه ایمیل پایین صفحه ارسال کن.
- برای تأیید مالکیت حساب ممکن است از طریق ایمیل با تو تماس بگیریم.
- پس از تأیید، حساب، پروفایل، پیشرفت، تاریخچه آزمون و دادههای مرتبط اپلیکیشن حذف میشوند.
- اشتراک فعال باید جداگانه از فروشگاه مربوطه لغو شود: Google Play در Android یا App Store در iOS. حذف حساب بهتنهایی اشتراک را لغو نمیکند.
موارد قابل نگهداری
سوابق خرید و تراکنش ممکن است در صورت نیاز برای تعهدات قانونی، مالیاتی، پیشگیری از تقلب یا حسابداری نگهداری شوند. دادههای آماری ناشناس یا تجمیعی ممکن است باقی بمانند، مشروط بر اینکه دیگر به حساب حذفشده قابل ارتباط نباشند.
Account deletion process
Use the email button below with the email address associated with your Govahinameh account. We may verify ownership by email before processing the request. After verification, your account, profile, progress, exam history, and associated app data will be deleted.
An active subscription must be cancelled separately in the relevant store: Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Purchase or transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations. Anonymized or aggregated analytics may remain if they cannot be linked back to the deleted account.
درخواست از طریق ایمیل
ایمیل خود را باز کن و در متن پیام این موارد را بنویس:
- آدرس ایمیلی که با حساب گواهینامه استفاده میکنی
- درخواست روشن برای حذف حساب کاربری
- هر توضیح اضافی که لازم میدانی، بهصورت اختیاری
